This is my bus stop….
A view worthy of a “stop” – bus or no bus.

Guatemala regularly receives mass shipments of American second hand clothing, which it then re-sells for pennies at the farmers’ markets to the locals. I have been shocked shoeless at least once or twice at the sight of a Guatemanteco sporting a t-shirt of a local marathon or hometown high school dance team. Last week I saw a mustached and beer-bellied Guatemalan man, dripping masculine bullets of sweat, in a shirt that read *in block red letters with an arrow*: “Grandmas aren’t always THIS sexy.”

How’d the wedding go? Well…we danced for ten hours straight, and I was so occupied with having the time of my life, that I forgot to take a single picture. Hopefully I’ll be able to scan the doubles of someone elses sometime next week. As for the Sol-Life Playbook, “Weddings” just scored two points. But the odds are stacked highly “against”…and the critics are still VERY pessimistic.

A busy week coming up and a trip to El Salvador departing Friday morning. Update forecast? Unlikely chance of seeing Sol in the upcoming week.
