A public announcement made by the US Department of State, warning Americans in Antigua of a possible terrorist attack, has ruffled a feather or two of my fellow travelers. We`ve also had three Anthrax cases in the City. Apparently, in this world game of hide-and-seek, there is no home base to claim “safe.”
